The wM-Bus-Gateway-BATT with LTE CAT-M1, CAT-NB1 and CAT-NB2 enables reliable connectivity in smart meter and industrial environments. The micro SIM card holder and alternative eSIM allow for flexible selection of the network operator.
Meter data is securely collected and forwarded in accordance with standards via the integrated wM-Bus interface and the OMS protocol. An integrated reed contact activates the device when the housing is closed, and attempts at tampering are prevented by the need for special tools to open it. The gateway can be conveniently configured on site via smartphone using an NFC tag.
