Description
piSmart-Gateway-II-IoT can be configurated for different tasks. It works as datainterface, data logger, control computer or interface in mobile or stationary devices. The Gateway allows a location independent, administative administration of system facilities. Devices which are equipped with the piSmart-Gateway-IoT-II build an effective an highly modern sensor network.
The devices can not only be located, routes can also be tracked. In addition, the gateway can send warnings as soon as a device leaves a previously defined area. The tracking offers the user effective protection against theft, as well as an overview of the movement of the objects.
The piSmart-Gateway-IoT-II represents the ideal solution wherever monitoring and remote parameterization of vehicles or systems is necessary and desired.
Reading information about the condition of the batteries in light electric vehicles can be easily controlled from the backend.
The gateway not only records CAN data, but can also be used in other areas. Values such as temperature, pressure, humidity and voltage and external sensors can be recorded and evaluated.
The short range radio interface enables direct communication with the smartphone as well as sensors or actuators. Devices can be conveniently controlled or parameterised using a smartphone. The device communicates with the IoT portal www.pironex-iot.de and the native pironex-IoT App for iOS and Android
